Dr. Faraz Khan is a Nephrologist in Houston, Texas and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including St. Luke’s Hospital-The Vintage Hospital and St. Luke’s Lakeside Hospital. He received his medical degree from Aga Khan Medical College, did his residency at university of Texas health science at San-Antonio. and has been in practice for more than 20 years.He has received in 2014 Patient Choice award in recognition which reflect the difference he has made in live of his patients.
